Mirror Digital Appoints Navarrow Wright As First COO

Mirror Digital, the leading digital media company connecting global brands to diverse audiences, has announced Navarrow Wright as its first-ever Chief Operating and Technology Officer (COO/CTO).
Wright brings three decades of executive experience as a holistic technology and digital media strategist with a multicultural lens to drive innovations while developing and growing efficient teams and scalable tech-based products and platforms.
The appointment is part of Mirror Digital’s executive leadership expansion efforts to strengthen its operations model as it continues to drive business growth and revenue equity for multicultural creators. Wright will work closely with founder/CEO Sheila Marmon to elevate the company’s internal and external development, as well as accelerate technological innovation.
“Navarrow is a seasoned industry veteran with deep experience in advertising technology, multicultural audiences, and media operations,” said Marmon. “We are thrilled at the impact that he will have across the organization as we continue to grow and evolve our organization and industry impact.”
“I am beyond excited to reenter the multicultural media space with Mirror Digital,” said Wright. “Sheila and the Mirror Digital team have been pioneers in connecting diverse content creators with leading brands for more than 10 years and I look forward to helping lead the company’s next level of innovation.”

Prior to joining Mirror Digital, Wright established himself as a highly sought-after executive and thought leader. Most recently, he worked at Meta as senior director of product marketing for the Facebook app, where he led the global launch of Reels and its $1B content creator ecosystem. He previously held CTO positions at BET Interactive, influencer platform Reelio, and Interactive One. He was also co-president and CEO of Global Grind.com which he co-founded with Russell Simmons.
“Being able to bring my experience which has helped grow some of the largest brands in the space, coupled with my recent experience launching products for billions on the Facebook platform marks a turning point for both myself and Mirror Digital as we look to change how digital advertising platforms connect, educate, and elevate multicultural publishers and creators,” added Wright.
